March 28, 2015 - Annual Spring Fundraiser at Holiday Hills Country Club in Mineral Wells, Texas - The night begins at 6:00 p.m. with the annual silent auction and bar. Buffet dinner will include Chicken Cordon Bleu and fried catfish, dirty rice, pasta salad, steamed broccoli, squash & zucchini blend, fresh fruit and assorted cheescakes. Entertainment will be provided by standup comic, Dean Lewis, who has appeared on the Ellen show on TV, and on Last Comic Standing. Following Dean's perfirnabce will be our annual live auction, always lots of fun with interesting items to bid on. 

May 16, 2015 - 57 AHC 5K Run 2K Fun Walk and reunion a
t Possum Kingdom Lake. Net proceeds donated to The National Vietnam War Museum. 2K Fun Walk is Child Friendly, safe walk away from traffic. More information available at the website:

June 6, 2015 - Annual Update of the Memorial Wall at the museum. Thirteen Vietnam vets will be added to the half-scale duplicate of the memorial wall in Washington, D.C. More details to follow.

June 24, 2015 - Reunion of the Casper Platoon, 173rd Airborne Brigade at the museum. Details to follow.

October 6, 2015 - 95th Anniversary Convoy celebrating the 1920 Transcontinental Motor Convoy that came through Mineral Wells on the Bankhead Highway on their way from Washington, D.C. to San Diego. Approximately 200 military and support vehicles will stop at the museum for lunch and refueling. The event will be open to the public for viewing the 120 to 150 historic military vehicles during their approximately two-hour stop. This will be a major event for the museum and the City of Mineral Wells. Details to follow.
